domain management option/button not showing

  I’ve bought the domain re-direct upgrade but don’t get the button/option “domain management” (when I click Store > My Domains. The only option is to change redirect location. I need to access the DNS records. Can you tell me why this is not working?

  add-on was for site re-direct. I need domain mapping.
  Request to delete site re-direct has been made via staff forum.

  After looking into your account, I found that the Site Redirect was removed and completely refunded.

  I checked the Domain Mapping and found that it was working as seen here:
