Domain Manager Down! WordPress holding domains hostage. Lawsuit coming soon!

  WordPress is holding a collection of my domains hostage. My domain manager has been down for weeks; and WordPress Engineers can NOT fix it. This is negatively affecting one of my business; and is delaying the launch of a second business.
  

  Due to my domain manager being down; I have lost access to over $1 million+ in premium domains. WordPress Engineers can not fix their domain manager, and will not provide me with a timeline for fixing. I can not even renew my domains.
  

  According to WordPress Engineers; “Working on the domain manager page has been part of a larger revamp we’re focused on, so at this point I can’t share a exact timeline of when it will be fixed. But I’d be happy to ask our team to manually update the Law domains you mentioned. Let me know what you need and I’l try to get it done as soon as possible. 
   
  Again, I know this is not ideal, so I also escalated your case again just to check if there is another workaround we can offer that allows you to manually manage those. 
   
  As for refunds, I see most of your domains were purchased more than 10 days ago, so our refunds are limited. That said, I’m adding $100 in credits to your account so you can register a few extra domains, free of charge, for now. Hope this can alleviate the issue while I check for this workaround.”

  $100 in credits if a slap in the face; when you’re holding over $1 million worth in premium domains, you have spent thousands of dollars on WordPress hosting services in the past 6 months, and WordPress will NOT allow you to transfer your domain to another register if the domain manager is down. WordPress is damaging a business with over $7 million in annual revenue; and is delaying the launch of a second business. I expect this to be fixed ASAP, or a lawsuit for lost revenue is coming. Do NOT use WordPress.
