  I have a client who owns the domain spartancargo.com. The nameservers are pointed to WordPress.com, but I’m not seeing the domain in the dashboard. I only see spartancargo.wordpress.com, not the custom domain I’m trying to work with.

  The current plan status shows as Free, but I also see an annual Premium Plan subscription listed. Could someone help me understand why the custom domain isn’t appearing in the dashboard and how I can get access to manage it?
  
  I would like to add, the domain: spartancargo.com has been visible before as they updated the A record to point to a different IP Address.

  We’re trying to launch a new site by updating the A record for spartancargo.com.

  According to https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/spartancargo.com that domain isn’t registered nor hosted by wordpress.com, that’s why you won’t find it on your wordpress.com dashboard.

  Let’s wait untill a Staff member is available

  hi @elcristofue. We have upgraded the plan to the Premium one, and I am still not seeing the spartancargo.com domain. The nameservers are pointing to wordpress.com.
