Because I am experiencing problens to map my domain traduzioni-lti.it using your name servers, I kindly request a change with another domain of mine, translation-lti.org. Hence, I do not want a refund, I just only want to switch between two domains. Thank you.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

For country-specific domain names your registrar may require a Zone Record before you update your name servers, which you can do from here:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/dns-zone-records/

    Have you tried this already?

If you would like to just change your domain to translation-lti.org, please reply to confirm, and I can take care of it for you!

Yes I tried this, you can check it out. Moerover, I edited the zone file in my Godaddy DNS manager adding there your name servers but I cannot be able to delete those of Godaddy (parkct1.godaddy.com etc.) And when I tried to add your nameservers using their DNS nameserver it asked me an IP address that I have no idea what IP address it should be. Thank you.

    Hi there,

Please contact your registrar about updating the nameservers. We typically recommend people add our the nameservers rather than IP addresses because IP addresses can change over time.

If your registrar requires that you create A records, you may use the list below, but be aware that your domain might stop working at some point in the future. If that happens, please get in touch with us to find out the most current IPs and then update your A records accordingly.

Please be sure to create at least two, pointing to two different IPs from the list below:

    76.74.254.120
    72.233.69.6
    72.233.2.58
    66.155.9.238
    76.74.254.123
    66.155.11.238
