  I need to renew my domain mapping, but I can’t find a place to do it. Can you point me to the right place?

  Go to your Domains page, select the site you want to renew (if more than one) and proceed with the renewal.

  Thanks, but I’m trying to renew a domain MAPPING, not a domain. I already own strengthbasedcounseling.com, and I paid wordpress $13 to have it map to my wordpress blog dskierein.wordpress.com. It worked for a year, then expired, I renewed the mapping service a few months ago, but it’s stopped working again. I’m willing to renew it yet again, but now I can’t find any way to do that.

  The first issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the strengthbasedcounseling.com domain mapping upgrade.

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to renew domain mapping for strengthbasedcounseling.com.

  HOWEVER, it looks like something went wrong when the renewal happened. I have fixed that error and the mapping should be working now. Let me know if it is not.
