domain … map or transfer?

  I set up a domain with Google through GBBO and want to change it to my WordPress blog. I have read about domain mapping but wondered if I actually want to ‘transfer’ the domain away from GBBO to WordPress? Can anyone help please? Thanks!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t transfer a domain name registration into WordPress.COM, they are not set up for incoming name transfers.

  That leaves domain mapping to have a site here with your name.

  You can transfer your name to another registrar if you don’t like your current registrar.
