  WHAT is domain mapping, who is charging us the 13.00 and how do I change the credit card it is now being charged to?

  Domain mapping is the process that points your domain to WordPress.com. This is used when a domain was purchased somewhere else but the owner wants to use it with their WordPress.com site.
