Domain Mapped but site not working

    Hi, I’ve just spent 30 minutes on the phone with Go Daddy again. They have assured me there is NOTHING that can be done their end as everything is set-up correctly. I’ve seen this for myself when I log into my account. Name servers are correct and DNS Manager says “not hosted here”. Go Daddy told me that WordPress must be the ones to sort the issue.

    Could someone PLEASE look further into this? My website was due to go live a week ago and I am getting tired of going back and forth between WordPress and Go daddy. I chose to use wordpress because you publicise that it’s easy to use!

    Is there a phone number to speak with someone from WordPress? I have wasted nearly a week of my time with this matter and it is still not resolved.

    GoDaddy must have changed something after you contacted them last.

    When a domain is registered or altered, there is a process called propagation, where information about the domain name is passed to internet service providers all over the world. This process can take up to 72 hours (though usually much less). During that time, you may also receive a warning message in your browser about “redirect errors”. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your internet service provider updates their records. Please rest assured that everything is proceeding normally with your domain.
