Domain mapped my blog, but can

  I mapped my blog address to Square Space (jonathanjk.com). But I am wondering can I use the original jonathanjk.wordpress.com independently of the newly mapped site?

  In effect I would have two websites, I want the old one for archival purposes.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  An underlying .wordpress.com URL is required to map from to the domain URL. You will need to register another blog URL. Then you can either have Staff move the domain mapping from the current .wordpress.com being mapped from to it. Or leave everything as is.

  I would like to cancel my domain mapping and stick with what I had: heartlandwriting.wordpress.com. Can someone please help?
