Domain mapped to account – how do I know if it’s mapped to mine?

    Hi, I want to use the domain lisabaitup.com but am told it’s mapped to a WordPress account. As that’s my name could it be mapped to mine? I’d like to use it. What can I do?

    Hi there,

    You used to own that domain with us, but you cancelled it on 26 August 2018, right after it renewed for another year. You received a full refund for that renewal payment.

    That domain is now parked with us until it expires in September of this year, after which it will go through redemption. Only once that process completes towards the end of the year will the domain be released so it can be registered again.

    As you are the original owner of the domain we can still restore it to your account, but as you have already been refunded for the last renewal payment we’ll need you to pay the domain’s registration fee of $18 again before we can restore it to your account.

    Please confirm if we should go ahead with this process.
