Domain Mapping

    Hello,

    I had domain mapping for the past year (purchased March 9th for jeaniemalone.com). At the beginning of February, I deleted domain mapping as I no longer want that domain to be associated with my wordpress.org blog. However, I was charged again for domain mapping on February 8th – but I wanted to discontinue this service, not continue it.

    It also is creating issues with my use of the domain – it looks like WP.org has created a site with my account using the domain name, but I am using WP.com on an external host and this can lead to some weird redirect loops. Please remove domain mapping fully from my account.

    Hi there,

    I have issued you a refund the auto renew. You should see it reflected on your bank statement in 7-10 business days.

    The domain is completely deactivated on our end, so if there are any direct loop issues, it is not coming from WordPress.com. I checked the site and it appears direct loop issue to be resolved.
