Domain Mapping

  For some reason, when I try to go to the Domain Section of my site radicalpublichealth.ca, the domain left hand side bar flashes quickly onto the screen and then disappears. So I can’t renew my domain mapping which expires in 2 days because I can’t click the screen I need to click in order to add mapping. It isn’t happening with any of my other sites. Any thoughts on what I should be doing here? Thanks!

  Hey Ashley,

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and renewing your purchase. However, the reason you don’t see the radicalpublichealth.ca upgrade is because it was not purchased under the account you contacted us from. You’ll need to be logged under the account/username who owns the upgrade in order to renew.

  To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
