domain mapping

  I recently set up a website for my own business using wordpress.com. I am on a free plan and mapped my own domain name for £11. I am now trying to help a friend do the same thing and I’m being told that she has to be a premium or business customer to map her own domain. Has this changed recently?

  Yes.
  According to staff, that option is no longer available for $13 (or £11) . It’s only available as part of the Premium (or Business) plan:
