  hello,

  ich transferred my domain to an external host. I got charged for domain mapping though can you explain what that is ?

  Hi there,

  You were charged a mapping subscription for theheartofbalance.com, but I just made a refund for that charge. The subscription has been disabled so you should not be charged again. Sorry for that mix-up!
