Domain mapping

  Hi there, I’m trying to renew domain mapping for my site shannonleebowen.wordpress.com so that the web address is shannonleebowen.com. I can’t seem to find the renewal as an option anywhere. Can you please help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy,

  You can renew your upgrade at:
  https://wordpress.com/purchases/

  If you like, you can also turn on auto-renew there, so there’s no need to renew manually. We’d still send you notices of renewals, so there are no surprises. :)

  Hi Chris, when I go to the purchases link and click Upgrade, I get the plan options. There’s no option just to renew or turn on auto-renew for domain mapping…

  Hi there,

  It appears that your mapping upgrade has already been removed from your account, which is why you can’t renew it.

  Instead, please go to My Site ->Domains ->Add and add a new domain mapping upgrade.

  Please let me know if you need any more help with this.
