Domain Mapping

  I deleted my WordPress website and cancelled domain mapping 2 days ago, but I am still getting the following error on my website.

  Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.

  I am moving my site to Shopify and cannot do so until this is disabled.

  Hi there,

  That error means your domain is still pointing here from your registrar and is unrelated to the mapping upgrade on our side.

  However, I’ve checked both your domains and neither their name servers nor IP addresses are pointing to us, which makes me think it might be a browser issue instead.

  Please clear your browser cache and see if that resolves the problem. If not, please contact your domain registrar, as they control where your domain points to.

  Thank you. I have contacted my domain registrar and they pushed a DNS change through, but said it could be up to 8 hours until the change occurs.
