I want to make my domain mapping, but I can not. Can you help me?

Hi there,

The domain mapping for the domain, jesusjarque.com, was bought using a different account. You will need to log in as that account to renew the upgrade.

You can see the other usernames on your site if you go to My Site ->People. One of them is the owner of the upgrade and the only one who can renew it.

Okay, it looks like you had another username account at one point which bought the domain mapping, but you’ve since removed that username from your site.

I cannot cancel an active upgrade without the consent of the user who currently owns it, so you will need to wait a few days until that upgrade is expired. Once it’s expired I can remove it from that account, and you’ll be able to buy a new mapping upgrade using this account.

Please reply to this thread again once the upgrade expires, then I can help you with this.

How weird. The other user is “jesusjarque”?
That’s me, I have another account WordPress.
Then I have to wait to expire?
You can not do anything before it expires?
In previous years I had no problem

If you still have access to the other account you can log in as that account and reply to this thread and confirm that I should move the upgrade to this account instead.

You can also try to recover access to the old account if you’ve forgotten the password:

The upgrade is owned by another account. In the past it was possible to renew an upgrade if another account owned it, but it’s not possible any more. You don’t need to send screen shots, as I know what message you are seeing, and I know you renewed the upgrade last year. It’s not possible to do it any more this year.

You will either need to log in as the user who owns the upgrade to renew it or transfer it to this account, or you will need to wait until the upgrade expires in three days, when you can buy it again using this account.
