domain mapping

  Hi,
  I have a domain, for which I bought the domain mapping upgrade. However, I never put that particular website only. Now, I have a different domain. Is there a chance to still use the domain mapping upgrade for the current one?

  We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?

  1. “old” domain: worldbird.de. “new” domain: worldbirdskitchen.com
  2. worldbirddotde.wordpress.com (old domain)

  Hi there,

  According to our records you bought the domain mapping upgrade for the domain worldbird.de on 22 November 2015, and you cancelled the upgrade on 3 December 2015. You were issued a full refund when you cancelled the upgrade. You should see the receipts for both the purchase and the refund on your billing history page:
  https://wordpress.com/me/billing/

  If you want to add mapping for a new domain, you can do so from My Sites ->Domains ->Add. On that screen, select the Map It option.
