Domain mapping

  Hi,

  I can’t renew the domain mapping for fedebreizh.net (expiration in 2 days!)
  It was created by another contact ((email visible only to moderators and staff)), it might be the problem. But I am the admin, so it would be simplier if I could do it with this contact ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).

  @fedebreizh that is indeed the problem. Are you able to log in as that other user so you can renew? Once you’ve done that, you can request that we transfer the upgrade to this account.

  @fedebreizh while logged in as the current owner, you can use these steps:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  Or, while logged in as that user, go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact and explain what you’d like to do there.
