  hey there – I have mapped a domain and discovered I can’t use it. Now I’d like to unmap it and map a different domain. I’ve got the premium plan and have already paid to map a domain, so it seems like I should have to pay again to map it to a different domain. Can you help?

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any upgrades in your account. For what site did you buy a Premium plan? And what is the mapped domain?

  You will need to reply here as the username that bought the upgrade before I can remove the mapping upgrade and restore the free domain in that plan.

  Hello,

  OK, the site for which the premium plan was purchased is makeactiondotorg.wordpress.com. We originally mapped makeaction.org and learned that it wasn’t going to work for us. We found another domain, enterprisingecosystems.org, paid the extra fee and mapped it, instead. So, now we’d like a refund of that amount – £13 or whatever it was. Can you help?
