  my website says the domain name has expired. I have tried to renew it through wordpress and cannot. Please list the steps.

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.

  I don’t know how to log into that second account you are talking about. Can someone please contact me to walk me through exactly what I need to do to pay for my expired domain so I can get my website back up. It’s been three days now. Can someone from the help desk contact me by email to get this issue resolved? I would really appreciate it.
