  Hi, I have the WordPress Value Bundle that should include Domain Name & Mapping, but get the message “You can add the domain blogg.bilfrakt.se to your blog right now. You can use it as your blog address for $12.00 a year” Why?

  I’m sorry about that. You shouldn’t be charged, if you have purchased the Value Bundle.

  Could you try entering the domain you wish to use at Store -> Domains?

  No it doesn´t work. It says I have to buy Domain Mapping for $12 and that I have already paid in the $99..

  Can a easy solution to get the domain mapping to work for us be to send a voucher for the $12?

  Hi there,

  Actually, the easiest thing at this point would probably be to repurchase the Value Bundle.

  I’ve added $99 in credits to your WordPress.com account, so that you can do so immediately. You can use these to purchase the Value Bundle at the Store page in your blog’s dashboard.

  Make sure you follow this guide in order to map a subdomain like blogg.bilfrakt.se:
