domain mapping

    Hello, if I map a pre-existing domain, registered with another registrar, do I necessarily have to pay for a premium plan too or do I pay only the 13$/year mentioned when I select the domain mapping option? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    As you have an older account, you might still be able to buy only the mapping upgrade. However, new accounts can only add a domain as part of a plan.

    Go to My Site ->Domains ->Add and add the mapping upgrade there. If you can still add it without a plan that should take you to the checkout screen, otherwise it will take you to the Plans page.
