Domain mapping

    My Revivalfire4kids.com domain mapping expired. Because of my account setting, I get free domain mapping. When I try to renew it, it says the domain is already in use by a wordpress site. I own the domain through another site. Please help.

    Hi there,

    The domain mapping upgrade on your site is owned by another username account, tamerakraft. You need to log in as that username to renew your domain mapping as only the upgrade owner can do that.

    However, that upgrade is showing to me as only expiring in February, so it’s not due for renewal yet.

    Your site is appearing at that domain for me, so from what I can see everything is working as it should.
