  I removed my domain mapping, but it doesn’t show the added $13 on my refund.

  How long ago did you purchase the domain mapping? WordPress.com will provide the following refunds:

  Purchases made on WordPress.com can be canceled and refunded during the refund period:

  • Domain registrations can be canceled within 48 hours of registration.
  • Plans and other purchases can be canceled within 30 days of purchasing.
  • If you used the domain credit to register a new domain as part of your plan, and the refund period for the registration has lapsed, the cost of the registration will be subtracted from your refund.
  • If you used the domain credit to map an existing domain, or if you are canceling within the refund period for the registration, you will receive a full refund.

  I am only getting $86 back and the domain mapping was cancelled along with the premium the hour after I purchased it. I just want to know why the other $13 isn’t also showing up as a refund.

  $13 was still remaining in your account, so I’ve just gone ahead and refunded that. Thanks!
