  I want to know I pay 13$ domain mapping for first time only?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Aloha noppornhp, domain mapping is no longer an option by itself. In order to use a domain you already own or want to purchase a new one, you will need an upgraded WordPress.com plan. These plans are renewed annually.

  Yes, the Personal plan does include the registration fee for your domain name. It would be $2.99/month, billed annually.
