Domain mapping

    I received an email notififying us that our domain mapping was about to expire.
    When i click the link in me > manage there is no information to renew.
    Can you please assist me with renewing this domain?

    Hi Stephanie,

    Your account does not own any upgrades. Only the account that bought an upgrade can renew it, so if you used a different account to purchase mapping for your site you’ll need to log in as the correct account to renew it.

    If you’re unsure which account you used, let me know the domain and I should be able to help with that.

    Hi Kokkieh,

    I have only just taken over the management of this blog so I am not sure what account purchased the domain mapping.

    Can you assist in working this out? I just need to make sure that our blog stays active.

    The domain mapping and Business plan for that site belongs to another admin, senwoo. I will need that user to post here to authorise me to transfer the upgrades to you. Then you will be able to renew them.
