Domain Mapping

‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. ‘ – Get this error when going to the domain name that I have had mapped to my wordpress site. I have always had domain mapping to an existing domain name from another source. Trying to do the annual domain mapping for $13.00 thinking this is the issue. Get this error: ‘The Reference ID refers to a transaction or order that is more than 730 days old.’ What is going on.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The last payment I can see on your account for domain mapping was in 2014. The upgrade has since expired and has been removed from your account. You will need to add a new mapping upgrade at My Site ->Domains ->Add, then your domain should be working again.

I did go to My Site ->Domains -> Add. Domain Mapping Annual subscription for $13.00. At the checkout, when I click the Pay $13 blue button to complete the transaction, I get the error that I stated above – ‘The Reference ID refers to a transaction or order that is more than 730 days old.’
It is not taking the payment.

I’ve added the mapping manually with an expiration date in one week. Can you please go to the Purchases page and try to renew it from there?

Let me know if you still get an error on checkout.

I don’t know what is occurring. I see a receipt for 0.00. When I try to pay the $13.00, I just get the Looking to Upgrade message. I don’t know how to pay the $13.00. I can’t get to it.
I can’t believe I can’t get this done.

I see a credit card authorization request on your account dated on Friday, which means we tried to process the transaction, but it was stopped, most likely on your bank’s end. Can you please contact them tomorrow and make sure they aren’t blocking payments to us?
If possible, can you also try using a different card, or if you have a PayPal account, use the Pay via PayPal link on the checkout page and see if that works.
