Domain Mapping

    I recently cancelled my WordPress subscription and transferred my domain to another site (www.thecarolinafund.com). I deleted the wordpress blog this domain connected to, but now I’m having mapping issues with the domain. On mobile, the domain connects to my new site, but on the web I can’t connect to the new site. Is it possible for you to delete the mapping for the old wordpress site?

    Hi there,

    We have no more control over that domain and it is not connected to WordPress.com any more in any way. There is no mapping to delete.

    That domain is registered with Network Solutions and mapped to Wix. If it’s attempting to load a WordPress.com site the problem is either with one of those providers, or with your browser. Try clearing the browser cache, and if that doesn’t help please contact support at Wix as they control your domain now.
