    Where is disappeared the domain mapping of Adnstudio95.be paid $13

    is that each year we have to renew it

    Hi @adnstudio95, domain mapping is no longer available as a standalone upgrade.

    But you can get it with the Personal plan, which also removes ads from the site. You can find it here:
    https://wordpress.com/plans

    Then you’ll find a domain credit under My Sites, which you can use for mapping. Let us know if you need help!

    yes there’s a couple of thread for that . You’ve reason… normal since the time i’m trying to solve it but always no response given to ! actually

    so i explain again situation to clarify it and if possible solve it!

    we have paid for last year a premium subscription that we finally was not able to use cause there was problem on the primary account …

    more of that du the problems, we were unable to download themes, etc

    THEN

    i agree to renew this one for a years but you’re asking 99 dollars for that

    so i’m asking for a renewal discount code that can be applied !!

    du the fact i was not able to use the first one, why did i will pay the

    second on same price without asking to you for that !

    After, in purchase history i could see that domain mapping

    for the websites adnstudio95.be as been paid 13 dollars

    but when i go to my Dashboard i couldn’t see it in domain

    so where’s disappeared the domain mapping of adnstudio95.be paid

    there is only adnstudio95.wordpress.com actually

    but i normally would have this with adnstudio95.be mapped in the list

    Hope you will take time to really given an answer or submit a correct solution cause i agree to renew without having warranty this year that’s working, and last years subscription and mapping not applied

    given me a sad overview on what’s happen here !

    Hi, I took another look at the account. Can you please confirm what domain you intend to map? I noticed you have a domain that expired, too.
