  Hi- my credit card has expired (or I lost it, I think and replaced it) and my domain mapping has gone. I’ve updated the credit card, but how do I remap it. The domain is dan broom.com

  It looks like you’ve already been able to add the mapping back along with a Premium Plan. Please let me know if you need any more help with this.
