Domain Mapping $$$ :(

  Hi! I’m confused. I think I made a mistake by buying my domain name elsewhere. But now I’m seeing conflicting information. In the help section it says ‘Each paid plan comes with a free domain credit you can use to either register a new domain or map one you already own. ‘ but when I go to upgrade and map, it looks like I’m being charged an additional $13 to map. What’s the deal?

  Hi there,

  You’ll only see the $13 cost if you already have a plan and domain added to your cart and then try to add another domain.

  Please go to My Site ->Plans. Look at the shopping cart icon top right. If there’s a number next to it, it means there are items in your cart. Click there to view the items and remove those you don’t want.

  If you want to add mapping using the Personal plan rather than Premium, first add Personal from My Site ->Plans and complete checkout, and then you can go back to My Site ->Domains to add the domain mapping.
