  I jsut want to Map my domain name again please help me. I dont want to pay 99$ I can 13$

  Hi WordPress, I have a blog mpeterpaul.wordpress.com I mapped it to my http://www.peterpaul.in but the mapping period expired and my mistake was I could not Map that again for 13$. Now if I am trying then it automatically Upgrades to 99$ Plan. I am an old wordpress customer can u please help me to get my blog map for 13$ only.
