  hey.
  what is going on with my site http://www.thecorporatenomads.com
  why its not pointed to new server.
  its like this ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. ‘

  Hello @thatmokie
  I checked http://www.thecorporatenomads.com/ on Whois, an it still seems to be pointing at WordPress.COM servers as it is using the following nameserver values:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com

  So, i am tagging this thread for staff attention. They might be able to help you with this.

  Hi there,

  The site for which that domain was registered does not belong to you. You are an admin on the site, but the site belongs to the username, thekindergartentraveler

  The domain, thecorporatenomads.com, expired on 1 April 2017 because that user did not pay to renew it.

  It is still possible for me to recover that domain, but I can only do it at thekindergartentraveler’s request. Also note that the domain is about to enter redemption, at which point there will be an additional $80 fee to restore it, so I need a confirmation from the domain owner as soon as possible if we’re to have any hope of avoiding the redemption fee.

  Thanks for confirming.

  I’ve emailed our registrar to restore the domain. At this point it doesn’t appear to be in redemption yet, so there shouldn’t be any additional cost, but I’ll only know for sure once our registrar replies. This should be within the next day or two.

  I’ve also sent you a link via email that you can use to pay for the domain’s regular renewal. Please let me know if you don’t receive it.

  Okay, I see your account email is @yourdomain, so that email won’t work until your domain is restored. Can you please update the email in your account settings to an email that’s currently active? Then I can send the link to you there.

  Great. I’ve emailed the payment link to your Yahoo address. Our registrar has already restored the domain, so as soon as we receive payment I can reactivate it on your account and point it to Hostgator.

  I’ve reactivated your domain and it’s pointing at Hostgator. It should show your Hostgator site within a few hours, but you might need to clear your browser cache before you’ll see any change.

  again something went wrong.

  why?? it was working fine few hours ago

  It looks like the name servers might still be updating after the domain was restored:

  https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/thecorporatenomads.com

  This can sometimes take up to 72 hours. The domain is loading the correct site for me at the moment, co please try clearing your browser cache again.

  If that doesn’t work, you can also try clearing your computer’s DNS cache. The instructions for that is very specific to the operating system you’re using, so please search Google for the instructions for your exact setup on how to do that.
