Domain Mapping

  I already own a domain but it is requiring me to purchase an upgrade to Premium to map my blog to it. I thought when I did my research that it would only be $13 to map my site to my domain – why the difference suddenly?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you cannot map your domain to wordpress.com in the free plan, you will have to upgrade to premium plan.

  Hi there,

  To connect a domain you already own you need any of our paid plans, not necessarily Premium. If you want the Personal Plan instead, go to My Site ->Plans and add the plan, and then add the domain from My Site ->Domains.

  We have not sold single mapping upgrades for almost two years now. If you already have a mapping upgrade you can buy additional ones at $13 each, but the first one can only be added as part of a plan. See:
