domain mapping

I recently changed to godaddy and I’m having a difficult time pulling up my site. I think I need to map it, but I’m so confused. I’m so not tech savvy, so I would appreciate any help you can give.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you are referring to please?
What is your end goal?
This is wordpress.COM support. We cannot answer any questions posted here accurately until we have the relevant URL and have confirmed hosting.
Note that about 30% of those who post here daily are posting to wrong support forum and the answers to wordpress.COM and WordPress.ORG support questions are not the same.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. We cannot provide support for sites that are not on our servers. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. That support is found at http://wordpress.ORG/support/
(3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page. That support is found at http://jetpack.com/support/WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, run different theme versions of themes with the same names, and many people get confused about the two. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
The wordpress.ORG support forums are at http://wordpress.org/support. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/

re: renewing upgrades
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

I can log in, I’m just not sure what they mean by upgrading my domain. I’m not sure what to do or which upgrade to choose.

@meleesaswann your domain is with GoDaddy. Did you meant to run your site here where we’re managing it, or are you doing to the more technical route and managing it on your own through them?
If you mean to manage it here, you’ll just need to add a plan and mapping for the domain.
If you wanted to take more technical route and run it on your own at GoDaddy, you need to log into GoDaddy and update the name servers to point to them. Then you’ll need to wait for the new settings to propagate. Also, please be sure you’ve properly exported your site. Here’s how:
