Domain Mapping

  I am self-hosting for a few months now so I have no need for domain mapping, this has been deducted from my Paypal. Can I have this cancelled and refunded

  Hi there,

  I’d be happy to refund your recent renewal. However, you should be aware that if we remove the mapping and you later want to add it again, you will be required to buy an upgrade plan to add it back.

  Once you confirm you understand this I can process the refund for you.

  Thanks for confirming. I’ve refunded your renewal payment. You should receive it within about 10 business days.

  The mapping upgrade is still on your account, but I’ve now disabled automatic renewal and it will expire on 29 October unless you decide to renew it manually before then.
