Domain Mapping

  My domain mapping expired earlier this month. I want to renew it for the $17 a year that I have been paying but I cannot figure out how to do that. When I click on the link in the email that I got telling me I can do this, it says that I am not the user. When I am logged in to Word Press I clearly am the user because I can click on my billing history and see the $17 I have paid each of the past two years for this domain mapping service. I have been looking for a phone number to call someone at Word Press to help me renew but I can’t find that either.

  Hey there,

  When your mapping subscription expired, you lost the ability to renew at the $17 CAD price because we only sell domain subscriptions as a part of a plan now.

  However, I was able to map uncouplingteam.com for you. You’ll still need to do a few things:

  1) Purchase the subscription here by renewing:
  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

  2) If you haven’t done so already, point the domain to our name servers:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  3) After giving that a few hours to take effect, set the domain as primary under https://wordpress.com/my-domains

  Be sure to enable auto renew so that your domain doesn’t expire next year!

  Thank you for the help. I have added my credit card info to my profile. I think it is now set to auto renew in for days when the mapping expires but I would appreciate it if you would confirm that. The site keeps driving me to purchase a plan so I can't actually find somewhere to buy the mapping at $17.
