Domain mapping

  I no longer need the Premium package and have switched to free – I’d like to map to my personal domain for £11 but whenever I try to do so it only offers me the £85 premium package… the domain in question is http://www.davejarman.co.uk

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  At least a Personal plan is required to map a domain you already own. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Apologies for multiple postings – wordpress kept giving me an error message so didn’t think it had worked.

  My wife has mapped her domain without a personal plan, she just pays £11 a year???

  Yes, accounts that continue to renew annually can do so, but that option was discontinued for new users a couple of years ago I’m afraid.

  Hi Dave,

  Domain mapping is available through all of our paid plans — Personal, Premium and Business. Each of those plans includes one free domain credit which can be used to map an existing domain (or register a new one).

  Start by selecting a plan from our Plans page first, then add domain mapping to your cart.

  You don’t have to use the Premium plan. The Personal plan is the cheapest option if you are upgrading primarily to map a domain.
