  why did my domain get unmapped?

  Hi there,

  When I click on bloghiiquote.wordpress.com it is being redirected to https://blog.hiiquote.com/

  Which domain are you talking about?

  Hi there,

  The domain mapping upgrade on your site is working fine, but it looks like your domain, blog.hiiquote.com is actually connected to a site hosted by https://www.interserver.net/, not WordPress.com.

  So you are in effect wasting your money by paying us for a plan and domain mapping upgrade on WordPress.com – those do not apply to your site at all if your site is being hosted with another provider, and you can instead buy the much cheaper site redirect upgrade if you just want traffic from your WordPress.com site to be directed to your other site.
