We just made some payment in order to extend domain mapping service from https://blogkarirdotcom.wordpress.com to https://blog.karir.com. Is there any possibility we could get estimation to live. We also notice our domain mapping is not listed

1. Regarding the domain mapping we only got this account as admin to maintain this blog. We dont even know on which user who did the purchased. The previous company that has access as the owner account of this blog is no longer available to be contacted.
Perhaps you could let us know on which account who did purchased for domain mapping purchase.
2. We inteded to do domain mapping renewal only, not purchase guided transfer service. How do we cancel that puchased and get refund?

1. Regarding the domain mapping we only got this account as admin to maintain this blog.
There are currently four admin users and one editor user on the site, http://blogkarirdotcom.wordpress.com/
The account you’re using to post here, marketingkarir, is the owner of the site, but logs for the site show you’ve invited several other users to the site over time. Another admin on the site appears to have removed a number of these users about half an hour ago.
The only upgrade your account has ever bought on that site is a Guided Transfer upgrade purchased yesterday.
The Business Plan and Domain Mapping upgrade that used to be on that site, belonged to another admin, ratihpulkeria. Those upgrades expired on 14 July, and was removed from the site on 20 July.
If you want to add the mapping back using your account, you’ll first need to purchase a new plan at My Site ->Plans. Then let us know once you’ve done that so we can help you add back the domain mapping upgrade as well.

I’ve cancelled and refunded this as requested. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

We contacted every person from previous company who handled all accounts this morning and luckly one of them responded and removed unnecessary accounts on the site

Just note that you please need to let us know once you’ve purchased a plan, if you’ll be adding the mapping back with this account, so we can add it back for you – when a domain mapping upgrade expires, there is a period where we don’t allow other accounts to map the same domain, so only the original owner can add it back. But as you own the site in question we can bypass that waiting period for you.

Is there any possibilites to restore like the way it was (including mapped to blog.karir.com and use same template )?Please advise,

No. It just mean you won’t be able to at this time. But I have now manually added that domain mapping back to the site for you, and the domain is now again correctly showing your site.
If you need any more help with this site, you’ll also now again be able to contact live chat support via the help icon that appears bottom-right on the My Sites pages.
