Domain Mapping

  I need to re-start my domain mapping. I had a go at doing this and wrongly tried to upgrade plan buttons. I now have a running total of £84 which I can’t cancel. I only want to pay the £11 mapping fee.

  Hi there,

  It’s not possible to pay only £11, as we don’t sell domain mapping as a stand-alone upgrade. The only way to add a domain mapping to your site is to purchase one of our upgrade plans. Once you have the plan and first domain mapping added, you can add additional domain mappings to the same site for £11 each.

  I now have a running total of £84 which I can’t cancel.

  I only see a Personal Plan payment for £36 on your account. Where are you seeing £84?

  Thanks. I was confused because previously I had only paid £11 per year for mapping. And that was the renewal fee in an email dated Jan 2018. I guess things have moved on. I have paid £36 and all now working well. Thanks for advice
