  I need to renew our domain mapping but am having trouble.
  Can you please point me to the right place to make this payment?

  Hi @kudji. Seems like individual domain mapping upgrades was discontinued a few years ago. In order to renew domain mapping, you will need to upgrade to a purchased plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/.

  If your domain has expired you can view the details here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

  If you’re on a purchased plan and your domain has not expired, make sure you’re logged into the account used to map the original domain. You would need to log in as that user to renew the domain.

  Hi there,

  Your domain mapping for kudjihandprints.com.au expired last week and has already been removed from your account.

  We haven’t sold stand-alone domain mapping upgrades since the second half of 2016. It is still possible to renew existing domain mapping upgrades, but once a stand-alone mapping is removed from your account it’s no longer possible to add it back.

  If you wish to map that domain again, you can do it using any of our paid plans from Personal upwards. You can add a plan at My Site ->Plans. There’s no additional cost for domain mapping if you own a paid plan, and you can map as many domains as you want to the same site.
