  Hi, i have a questions about domain mapping. i want to forward my domain name to your servers with using personal plan. there is a $71.50 per year plus registration costs at your current provider. whats that price for?

  You’ll pay for the year up front at the time of purchase because we don’t have monthly billing options. That purchase is completely refundable for 30 days if you decide it’s not working out for you. We want to you to love what you’re doing with WordPress.com :)

  The domain will be connected through mapping and that is included in your one time annual price. With the mapping option, you would still need to renew your domain at the registrar every year.

  The other option would be to transfer your domain over to WordPress.com. In that case we take over as the registrar, and all of your stuff is one place.
