Domain mapping

  Hi there, I have an active domain mapping subscription for my site, paleovirology.wordpress.com. Unfortunately I no longer own the domain I used to own – http://www.paleovirology.com. Can I change my subscription to use a new domain, http://www.paleovirologylab.com instead?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @paleovirology, we no longer provide domain mapping as a standalone upgrade. In fact we’ve required plans for the past few years now, and domain mapping no longer costs anything as long as you have a plan in place.

  If you’d like, we can add credits for the existing mapping to be applied toward a plan. Would that work for you?

  Hi thank you for your reply; how much more would I need to pay by transferring these credit for a plan that allowed me to use domain mapping? I already own the domain with a different provider.
