  I received an email from WordPress that my credit card was expired and that I need to update the payment. When I clicked on the link to keep my subscription it took me to a page that asked if I wanted to build a site. (it thinks I don’t have a site) All I want to do is update my information. Where is that link? My domain is handled by GoDaddy.

  Hi there,

  The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has never owned any sites or upgrades with us.

  For what site did you receive this email, and at what email address did you receive it? If you post the email address on its own line it will be hidden automatically so only staff can see it.

  I received the email for my site, joycerooks.com and it looks like the email came to my exchange mail address which is attached to my site (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  I also receive correspondence at my gmail address.

  @joycerooks4 ah. You have more than one account, but only the one has a purcahse on it.

  Could you log out, and log back in using the email address you mentioned here instead of the address it was forwarded to? You’ll be able to head to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and manage upgrades from there.
