domain mapping

    Hello,

    I would like to map a domaine i purchase from netfirms.com to my wordpress page. With my other wordpress account, I am able to map the domain without purchasing a plan , but I pay an annual fee of $17 for the mapping. How can I set this up with this new account?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello herbwongca,

    Domain Mapping is now only available with an upgraded WordPress.com plan. It requires a paid plan at the Personal level or higher.

    Hi there,

    On your new account you will have to buy a plan.

    We stopped selling stand-alone domain mappings in 2016. Accounts that still own a stand-alone upgrade bought before then can continue using those and even add new ones. But that upgrade is no longer available for new accounts, or old accounts that have never owned any domain upgrades or that have allowed the legacy upgrades to expire.
