Domain Mapping

  In 2014 I mapped a domain with wordpress which was subsequently moved to a new host.
  The domain is Tiltupsa.org – We received an invoice from paypal for it today which I don’t think we should have received.

  I no longer have the wordpress.com account details for this as it was years ago so I’m not sure how to get in to cancel whatever might be associated with the domain.

  Also strange that we have been billed out of the blue like this.

  Hi Frestomica,

  The form you sent me to just confirms that the charge is for domain mapping.

  I need to find out how to cancel and get a refund for that charge while not having the wordpress login info for 5 years ago.

  Once you see the info about the charge, there should be an option to reach support directly.
  But no worries, I’ve already sent you a follow-up email so please reply there with the transaction ID.
