Domain Mapping

  I followed the link in an email about renewing Domain Mapping and was told ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.’ Any thoughts?

  There is no history of domain mapping subscriptions under the account you’re logged in to.

  Try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in under the email address that the notification was sent to.

  My username, according to my profile page on my website, is (email visible only to moderators and staff), yet when I try to log in with that, I am told “Please log in using your WordPress.com username instead of your email address.”

  When I do that with “kpwebster”, the password doesn’t work. Then when I log in with Google (as I am also given that option on the login page), I am told I have no WordPress sites.

  Why can’t I log in with the username associated with the website in question, please?

  Have you tried to reset the password when logging in as kpwebster?
