Domain mapping

  I have a question about domain mapping. After mapping my domain from godaddy to wordpress in the dns settings will my website still appear as example.com or will it look like example.wordpress.com? I want it to look professional and just be example.com when people are viewing the website. Thank you!

  Hi! When it’s mapped properly, you’ll have example.com as your domain name. If someone enters the WordPress address instead, they’ll be automatically sent to the custom URL.
